Also Community Trust Bank player of the game. No complete stats on Blake Charles at this time, but he did have 104 rushing yds., and two tds. Hazard has a fine team as they are much improved from last season. Blair, Smith, and Johnson stood out, and all three did a great job for the Dawgs.

I've made it home and can type my thoughts on the game... Neither defense really stopped the other team. Offenses were good. Pikevilles was offense is fasted paced and quick, while hazards was slow and grind the clock.. If these teams want to make it to BG then defenses will have to get off the field.... Now don't get me wrong I'm not saying both defenses were bad I'm just saying that neither could stop 1 another.. Pikeville deserved the victory because they were discipline and they did not beat themselves. I expect these teams to meet again in the playoffs.. If hazard is to win they do not need mental mistakes and turnovers.... I honestly think there about as even as they come but the mvp is The QB for Pikeville as he makes the engine go...

What was the penalty tally in this game? Hazard had 3 turnovers, this will be abattle again in a few weeks!

Great game.No defense played.I know the panthers won but I was also impressed by the dawgs offense.I think Smith is just as good as Phelps(Paintsville)running the ball.He is a bull.Their passing game is also very good.The panthers need Rhodes and Sloan back healthy by playoffs.

Really happy to see Pikeville post another win.

I guess it's back to the recruiting trail for Hazard.
