Those that pretend Hillary is the lesser of two evils aren't paying attention, usually only vote party line, or are easily swayed by a biased media. Neither are a good choice. This election will not be close. Trump's performance in the debate cemented that. He was starting to get close in some of the states and most of them have swung post debate.

I would think if I were "party big wig" for either party I'd hope my candidate loses so I can get a legit candidate in 4 years. This seems like one of those elections where one term is a legit possibility. Of course, demographics make it tough on Rs now especially if they keep putting up candidates that stray too far to the right but even that might not stop them from beating HRC in 4 years.

 

Each party needs some serious bench building.

Right now I'd guess that the popular vote will be something along the lines of 53-47 or thereabouts. A few battleground states will decide.
