September 18, 201610 yr Author Has there ever been an easier division than the Patriots division in the history of the NFL? Its pretty easy for the Patriots, but not for every team. The Bills, Jets and the Dolphins look like .500 teams imo.

September 19, 201610 yr :lol2: Yep, it's the easy division, that's why the Pats have been so successful the past 15 years. Feel awful for Jimmy G. Dude is a stud, and was making himself a huge $$ only to have it all come apart. Hope he recovers fully. Never can be sure with shoulder injuries. Brissett did a fine job IMO. They clearly haven't allowed him the snaps to be comfortable as of now with the entire offense, but he did a serviceable job when pressed into action. I expect them to allow him to open the playbook up more this coming week, but man it sucks being a short week. That game Thursday night against the Texans is going to be interesting. No Gronk, no Lewis, no Brady, now no Jimmy G. Missing o-lineman, missing Nink in the middle, no problem. It's next man up at every position and they don't miss a beat.

September 19, 201610 yr Julian Edelman is now the backup QB in New England. For real. I think he has been their third string, emergency guy for a while as he played QB in college. My favorite used to be Tom Tupa as the punter and backup QB for the Pats.
