Mark Brown ain't walking thru John Hardins doors to coach again and with that said Coach Lewis is a fine coach. The main difference I see is Mark Brown would not have tolerated these penalties and all the thug actions that these players are trying to pull off. Mark Brown would have nipped it in the bud. He did not put up with all this crap. Coach Lewis would serve the team well to reflect on how Coach Brown would've handled this. If he's forgot then Coach Brown is only a phone call away.

@k2002j- agreed, but I am fairly certain Coach Lewis doesn't tolerate this type of play either. I think the biggest difference between Brown & Lewis is personality. Coach Lewis is far more laid back. As I'm sure Lewis has given them an earful on multiple occassions, please don't confuse his demeanor with tolerance. It seems that a few posters are convinced that Coach Lewis has turned a blind eye. You're reaching here. Maybe Lewis could try a different tactic...I don't know, I'm not part of the staff. But I know Coach Lewis, I guarantee you he is trying to find ways to rectify the situation. Time will tell, & I hope they can clean it up.

Thank you for this reply because I don't have inside knowledge into the staff or the situation. I'm just saying I didn't see all the blatant disrespect that I'm now seeing when Mark Brown was the man. To the eye it looks tolerated and in no way frowned upon. He even got an unsportsmanlike penalty himself during the Central game which adds fuel to the players fire in my opinion. If a player runs some extra gassers or is suspended for a quarter or a game it gets their attention very quickly and they can learn what is acceptable.

I don't really look that much into his unsportsmanlike penalty. It's kind a like a technical foul in basketball on the coach. It happens at all levels. If it were a reoccurring thing on the coach then I think you might have something. Knowing him like I do I doubt he has received many penalties in his coaching career. It's like easy pro said he is really laid back if you know him.

John Hardin won't be tested again until Christian County. The district is just too weak. I hope they fix all these issues, they have a chance this year...from the North Hardin kids South Warren was very beatable.

i agree SW was beatable last week but they will be healthy and tested by playoff time 8 starters out and 3 more not 100% and north still could not put them away.also they are very inexperienced by end of year they will be battle tested .
