Man charged with repeatedly punching police officer

Featured Replies

Good. Throw the book at him, and then some.

Happens 100's of times a day all across the country.

I'm guessing you started this thread because this guy wasn't shot, right?

A guy here assaulted 4 or 5 bailiffs as he tried to run from court today, one has several cuts and stitches. Guy shoved a female bailiff and fought to get away from others before being caught outside of the court house.

Might be because they are white

Might be because they are white

A lot of white guys get shot by the police too and a lot of black guys fight and don't get shot every day.

If he was on top of the officer and pounding his head into the ground the officer would have been clear to have shot him, even though he didn't have a weapon. A weapon isn't always needed for someone (police or citizen) to be justified in shooting someone else.
