Instant Replay system

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if their high school uses an instant replay system? I know that there is Edge, Echo, Hudl,& Reveal. If there are any using these, what are your thoughts?

It's legal. And has been used for a couple years for at some high schools

Are you talking about officials using it during games? Or teams using it?

Teams have been Echo on the sideline for a number of years.

not legal yet in high school football per the federation

Became legal 3 or 4 years ago. It's not uncommon to see teams with systems set up using either several iPads or a tv/monitor.

We are just getting it this year, have most of the equipment for Hudl Sideline, still testing it. I still have to order a few cables and waiting on Hudl to ship the battery pack for endzone camera router & bridge. So far all the tests look good and it works as advertised.

It is legal for first year in college now. Wondering how many of them will use which systems

McCalley High from Tennessee used it against Bowling Green both times we played them.

Male had a monitor on the sidelines this past season. Believe it is called Sky Coach. One of the players said it helped make a difference. Hard to imagine Hudl not taking over the industry.

Not legal in high school for officials.to use in Kentucky

Officials aren't using it. Teams are using it.
