History is a great teacher . Hellcats I am not talking about putting anyone in a camp. I am talking about two different groups of people only. This is nothing about who is right or wrong with actions, just that there are two different types of Americans or it seems that way to me. Alot of people have/is/are being treated unfairly, which is not a good thing. Not all Americans have the best interest of our great country at heart.

If you're talking about all Americans you are correct. I think they go through seasons of selfishness when they believe their need and want is more important than the good of the country. IMO all demographics fall into this hole sometimes.

That may seem like a really bad answer, but I 100% for sure are not including all Americans in this. A quick snippet related to the Immigration Act of 1903 (113 years ago): Immigration Act of 193 I think the same law was used to deport Emma Goldman.

But my problem is "who decides what is best for America?" I ask this because it's highly likely that your idea of what is best for America and mine are probably pretty close. But what happens when it is someone who is more extreme and radical but uses the cloak of "What is Best for America" that is different than your view or mine? Hope I'm not being too muddy in my point. :lol2:

Like I told Hellcats this isnt a right vs Left thing or anything like that. But anytime anyone is trying to undermine our country or perform radical violent acts in the name of anything, whether that be Jesus, Islam, Buddha etc they do not have our country's best interest at hand. Again this was not a post that I or anyone is going to decide whats best, just a observation that there is a big difference in being a "American" vs being a citizen of the United States. And I think if everyone leaves the "politics" out of it most would agree.

For discussion purposes give us some of their teachings that do not line up with American values.

I never said this Clyde, I just showed a video that shows what Islam teaches and what some followers are saying and saying this is not coming from Radical Islamist people. I have read the Quran( not all but alot) and have said and posted many times what does not line up with our American ways or laws for that matter. Before you try to argue a point at least know what the book someone follows says and commands to do, whether that be the Quran or the Bible. There is alot more there than a verse here and there. Again this is not the intention of my initial post, but felt like you die hard posters who are missing a now dead forum, needed some red meat for the Controversial forum. My initial post has nothing to do with my red meat post. However do you discount what the video shows?
