A Native American reporter tells Trump to his face that the comment and context was offensive to Native Americans, he even said "I don't know if it's offensive, you tell me". She did tell him, and in fact immediately after she told him that it was offensive he responds to her by using the same name that he was just told was offensive. He didn't care if it was offensive, and he will never care if he says anything offensive.
