The biggest issue buried in the IG report is the reasoning Hillary gave in 2010 for not wanting to use the government email . There was an issue with her using the personal email , it was going to people's spam folders. But she did not want to make her personal email accessible to the department. Which contradicts her statements a couple months ago on why she used the server.
