I have to agree with Thor. I heard the same thing as him about Stapleton being the choice.

Happy to see Steve Frommeyer get the Scott job.

He is professional, knowledgeable, and has paid his dues in the Scott program.

He will incorporate and maintain high standards within the program and will continue the competitive nature of the program already established by Brad Carr.

Staying can only work if these guys are very good friends and are both 100% committed to their roles and making it work. Suspect there was extensive dialogue between these two well in advance of the decision, if not problems will appear. Do not know either of them, but wish them well, and hope the Power Parents leave the swamp they've created and allow these guys to succeed on their own merits.

Correct, Stapleton is staying in staff next year as associate head coach, and JV head coach. I hear he'll also be the assistant athletic director starting next school year.
