Reds ERA this year in the 9th inning or later is 6.43...last year the Reds ERA in the 9th or later was 3.55 Reds ERA this year 8th inning or later is an MLB last 6.92...last year the Reds ERA in the 8th or later was 3.86 Did the Reds lose a late game pitcher from last season...I can't remember. Chapman has allowed 1 run in 6 appearances this year as a closer. Reds Relievers in just the 9th inning or later have allowed 30 runs this season, 10 alone by "Closer" JJ Hoover.

May 23, 201610 yr I'd say the ace is Iglesias at this point. There is no clear set up man or closer anymore. Initially, Jumbo was the set up man & Hoover was the closer. That didn't work out well. When you're losing, it really doesn't matter.
