Well if Junior is at Belfry and we played in Paducah I'd like to be able to count on Sunday to drive back home. I'd leave Sunday alone. The Thursday ( 1 game ), Friday ( 2 games ), Saturday ( 3 games ) would get my vote.

 

Alternating between WKU and EKU would be more "accommodating." Commonwealth Stadium/UoL are too big. Average attendance for the finals has been around 7500.

I say move them to Lexington or EKU now. All have turf now.

With UL now in the ACC and UK now having turf, the time appears right for both to make an effort to host. However, I suspect they'll both be absent during the next round of bidding.

Nothing wrong with that at all, but it just isn't going to be possible in the near future for some of the reasons being pointed out.

But, does EKU want to host? Is there a sponsor that can cover the cost for the KHSAA? Wherever the KHSAA can get the best deal is where the finals are going to be.

 

It's just like any normal family, you aren't going to pay 100 bucks for the exact same meal when you can get it for 50 bucks.

To clarify, EKU is in the process of having nice facilities. When they get their new side of the stadium built it should be very nice. However, I was by there on Saturday and it didn't appear that anything had been done regarding construction.
