May 5, 201610 yr I'm getting this way more and more with time. I have to be craving a certain dish from a place to wait very long to get in. Way too many options. I don't see how people wait an hour to get in a restaurant. Restaurant waiting has to be a husband/wife thing. I don't have that kind of patience, plus hate crowds when I'm trying to eat. If its that popular a restaurant, I'll eat at 2-3 in the afternoon like the old people in Florida

May 6, 201610 yr Seviche is fantastic and one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. I just use OpenTable when I want to go. No issues with wait.

I don't see how people wait an hour to get in a restaurant. Depends on the place for me. If it's a restaurant that also has a bar area, I'll just hit the bar up and drink while I wait. If not, I better be seated within 5-10 minutes.
May 6, 201610 yr We were going to hit one of the distilleries, then take in Wallace Station a while back. I got sick on the way, we had to come back. I eventually got sicker, but recovered and it's still on our bucket list. Wife & I did Woodford Reserve & Wallace Station daytrip last September. Wallace Station was very good! Beaumont Inn - havent been in years, but was always good.

May 6, 201610 yr Boone Tavern isnt hard to get into. Its hardly ever full. The pizza place beside it puts it to shame anyway.
