Wow...great scores against St. Henry

Good luck to the Camels against NCC tonight

If Campbell County can play that way every match alot of teams are in big trouble. Campbell threw up some huge blocks against the Cru's middles and outsides. Then the tipping began and hurt the Camels in the end.

Highlands lost to Ryle tonight

19-25

25-14

24-26

Close games...excellent game for the birds....would have been nice to see the win but great game overall anyway. The girls played their hearts out against a team ranked much higher than them.

Wow nice job Birds i didnt think it would be that close.:ylsuper:

NCC takes the Camels in 2 games.25-14,25-21.The Breds played well at home in front of a nice crowd.Congrats to them and good luck next week.:thumb:

The NCC , Campbell Co game was very exciting , and I'm an NCC supporter my daughter played there and now is an assistant coach there .BUT !!! The NCC student body was very annoying last night . Especially during the varsity game . I know that the first dance of the year was held in the upper parking lot after the game, but that is no excuse for the constant parade from outside to inside to outside etc. . It wouldn't have been so bad if it was 5 or 6 kids at a time but it was 50 or 60 walking in and out in a contant stream . It was a massive game of follow the leader . It had to be very distracting to both teams .

Great game for Highlands. Was the Allen girl still out for Ryle?

Without Allen, Ryle's offensive options are a little limited. I had heard that she may be ready to play very shortly.

Allen played last evening. She is hitting very well. They have a very powerful front line when Allen, Zuckerman and Harmeling are all on front row together.

Wow, then I applaud Highlands because Allen is one of the top hitters in NKY.

I heard Boone beat Beecwood...any details?

I am sorry to report that it is true. Beechwood looked great the first game and won fairly easily. I don't know what happend, but they semed out of sync the next couple of games. No one in particular to blame. A lot of mistakes that cost them and they couldnt get back on track. They certainly did not look like the same team that beat NCC.

Not to take anything away from the Rebels. They had an awesome defense, and after losing the first game, their girls kept fighting. They certainly deserved that win.

Congratulations to Boone County. It seems like this season there is no clear favorite. There is a lot of talented players in Northern Kentucky. The next two months should be very exciting!

I agree, how lucky we are to have such talented girls in Northern Kentucky, especially in the public school system!

Isn't NDA the clear favorite with SHDHS being the only other candidate?
