Steph Curry - Grade 1 MCL Sprain

Vertical Sources: Steph Curry's MRI on knee has returned negative, no damage, a Grade 1 sprain. Could miss two weeks.

Houston laying down last night in the third quarter will be something they will be kicking themselves over. Last night they had a chance to make this interesting...but they laid an egg.

Could be back by game 2 or 3 of next series. Warriors IMO will be fine.

Just depends on how he is when he comes back.

They should be able to take care of Houston (the Rockets should be nicknamed the Tinmen - they need a heart) the next game. It would be nice if Portland can extend things against the Clippers to let Steph heal up.

Chris Paul going down sure made Steph's injury a little easier to stomach for Warrior fans.

A whole lot easier actually. I think they can beat Clippers easily without Curry and should be able to beat Portland without him also. They could possibly rest him all the way until the WCFs. I can see OKC and San Antonio going 6-7 games. If that happens that could be as much as 3 weeks rest.

Agree with everything PP said. It might not turn out to be all that bad after all.
