Hopefully after biting something off. I can see a scenario where Jon Snow dies but they win the battle with Ramsey also dying. Then Sansa reveals she is carrying Ramsey's child giving her a duel claim to Winterfell.

I think it's too soon for the Others to be passed the Wall. I think there's something unique about Winterfell (and a Stark in Winterfell, for that matter) regarding the Others that we'll have to learn first. I do expect we'll see Littlefinger and the Vale appear. What Littlefinger is up to is anyone's guess, though. :lol2:
