May 31, 201610 yr One other thought. Raise your hand if you've missed anything about Dorne? Bueller? Bueller? I wonder how they knew we'd hate that story. The sand snakes were awful.
May 31, 201610 yr I swear by the old gods and the new, if Ramsay kills Jon... Don't even say it... My bet is on Ghost finishing him off.
May 31, 201610 yr I wonder how they knew we'd hate that story. The sand snakes were awful. I really liked the sand snakes in the book. Dorne just really fell apart in the series.
May 31, 201610 yr One other thought. Raise your hand if you've missed anything about Dorne? Bueller? Bueller? I think that first episode with half the key characters dying was their version of raising the white flag. They just gave up on it and spared us. Though, it's a shame. It had a lot of potential. But bad writing and acting torpedoed it.

Spoiler maybe?.....don't read below...i can't figure out how to change font color on my phone............... Didnt Frey mention the brotherhood without banners in the last episode?

Didnt Frey mention the brotherhood without banners in the last episode? YEP! Speaking of brief mentions: What about Cersei admitting to 1/2 of the Clegane Bowl?!?!?!
May 31, 201610 yr Don't even say it... My bet is on Ghost finishing him off. From a writing standpoint Ghost finishing him off makes the most sense.
June 2, 201610 yr So an interesting Sansa theory I've seen....Before the season started, Martin mentioned there is a really controversial/disturbing scene involving Sansa. There have been hints recently that she may be pregnant with Ramsey's kid. Wouldn't it be fitting if she gave birth to his heir, only to feed it to Ramsey's dogs? It would certainly fit the disturbing description.
June 2, 201610 yr One thing I'm almost certain will happen is the Battle of the Bastards. Should be awesome! There was a rumor that the title of episode 9 will be Battle of the Bastards so I'm pumped for that.
June 2, 201610 yr I've been enjoying the goings on at King's Landing and the prep for Riverrun (anytime Littlefinger shows up things are about to go down). To be honest, I've grown impatient with a lot of the other storylines. At least Arya is out of that temple now. I'd grown weary of her training montage.
June 2, 201610 yr Had a friend complain that it was a bit slow past two episodes. I've told him that this is what all of us book readers have been waiting for since the books have been released. This is the final build up and calm before the storm before everything goes down. All of these things are big plots that we haven't known answers for since day 1.

Arya's story line in the book is was got me through AFFC, and some of ADWD. Now this is season has been awful with her story line.
June 2, 201610 yr I feel you. Arya's story line in the book is was got me through AFFC, and some of ADWD. Now this is season has been awful with her story line. The last episode was the first thing I've liked from her all season. There was actual character growth and a feeling it's building toward something important. The rest had seemingly been training with no discernable end in sight; it was a story with no conflict, which is hardly a story at all. Now I'm particularly interested in her going forward and how this gets settled.
June 2, 201610 yr To make sure I'm not crazy and missed a detail. They hinted but never confirmed that the children of the forest were responsible for the white walkers correct? Also we can assume that Bran is the reason the Mad King says "Burn them all"

Also we can assume that Bran is the reason the Mad King says "Burn them all" They showed the children of the forest turning the Night King into a White Walker... And yes about Bran....Or should I say Brandon the Builder....
