I support a policy of tolerance. I think the NFL's policy is nothing more than posturing lacking anything of real substance, and they wouldn't have made a single declaration along those lines if not for fear of their big money support raising Cane.

First the NFL can't boycott the state of Georgia as long as there's a team in Atlanta. Secondly I support all religious freedom. I also support inclusion of all folks, regardless of sexual preference or religious affiliation. I haven't even paid one ounce of attention to the details of the bill in Georgia other that the extreme stances that get tossed around in the media both pro and con

If true yet one more reason I don't trust the NFL and one more reason Roger Goodell needs to go.

 

And I would have to think this has to be some kind of huge legal no no for the NFL to collude with a team in such a manner when acquiring draft picks.

 

We definitely need an independent third party investigative unit to reign the NFL in. I can't believe I am typing this but I am to the point where I believe the NFL would benefit from government oversight and regulation.

The simple solution is to stop watching the NFL, if they are doing what we don't like. Hit them in the pocketbook. :taz:

When you can't give something up because you enjoy it too much, even though it goes against your sense of right and wrong. That's an addiction. So, we'd rather complain and have Big Brother step in to protect our addiction rather than giving up the addiction until it conforms to our morals. :isurrender:
