Morgan is next in line of top shelf QBs coming out of NKY recently.

I played D3 years ago, our QB that year was drafted by the Steelers, late rounds. His passes didn't have the zip or the audibile "whistle" that Morgan's passes had when he was in 8th grade, the first time I saw him throw. I don't claim to be an expert at all, but the kid has all the tangibles, but what impresses me the most are his intangibles. Leadership, coachable, taking ownership. Many mentions of the dropped balls. Morgan would pat himself on the chest and say "my bad", I'll get you next time. Go ahead and question whether he is a top talent, but there is will be a college team that will get a very good talent and a better kid. Just my opinion, biased as it may be, but my opinion nonetheless.

Great post Fletch... I saw numerous times on dropped balls when he took ownership of them and didn't place blame on others. A true leader. Another thing going for him is that he is a great student. Just make sure Parker keeps him untouched.....Lol!!!!!

Kid has a cannon. Great exposure for KY football.

He didn't make the overall finals, just the finals in Atlanta. He was chosen over multiple guys committed to BCS schools who have 15-20+ D1/BCS offers. He still has another regional he can attend in Columbus and earn an invite to Oregon.

Yes, there was a tweet that he made the finals, it appears it was corrected in that he made the final group in Atlanta today. 247 reported that he looked good in the final group. A selection to the finals is yet to be determined.

I believe two QB's got invites today in Atlanta. I read where Tanner did very well in the "Pressure Cooker" today. That experience will only help him when he goes to Columbus having already completed that drill. Best of luck to him in Columbus.
