I think Morgan is the best passer in NKY. I think his receivers had problems catching the ball out of their breaks because of the velocity that he puts on his throws. D1 receivers won't drop as many.

Ok then.... What QB up here has the strongest arm and has the most velocity on their throws.....Tanner Morgan. I think he needs to dial down some of his throws to make it easier on his receivers. Again won't have to worry about it in college.
