Collins wins in OT. Tough season SK. The Pioneers played tough tonight.

SK was up 14 then lost in OT.

Collins played great defense.

Up 14 in 3rd and lose....that's embarrassing.

Thought they had it at the end of regulation withvthe Fries bucket. Sounds like the could have had a closer look at the end of OT.

Not sure on coaching change? SK had alot of talent and alot of talent that decided not to play.

I knew that they had a few kids that did not play this year. Was there reason for that? Deciding to stay with one sport or what? Just seems that every year in the early season you look at the team and think MAN they have a bunch of talent on that team. They have size, speed, shooters and then they go less than 500!

I was there. SK had the ball with 36 seconds left in OT, down 56-54. SK milked the clock and all it got out of it was a desperation shot from 22 feet out that missed badly with 3 seconds left.

I think it was this Senior class.

Getting rid of Coach Steiner won't help anything.

Collins lives to see another day and will have at least one more chance to defend their title.

 

The Titans seem to love digging themselves a huge hole in regional tournament games and then storming back at the end. I wish they wouldn't do that, but it makes for great entertaining basketball. Coach Gaither has gotten his entire program to buy into playing tough defense, and that wins them a lot of games like it did tonight. If they could just get their offense going they would be in good shape.
