I think these teams appear pretty even. St.Xavier will find a way to win this game.

Very close game and I can see either team comming out with a victory.

Injury update from both sides??? BG QB and center - out? Ott for St. X???

I predict a very hard fought low scoring game that could go either way! A great test for both teams.

St. X 14-7.

As for X, Ott(OL) has a bad ankle sprain and is most likely out for the BG game. Bisig hurt ankle in Scott Co scimmage, didn't ply FRiday but should be good to go for the game Saturday. Duece has cast off and doing limited practice, may play. DJ Hall should be fine. Hopefully, they get healthy for the long haul.

St X - 17

BG - 7

BG is a good team. The Tigers will have to be sharp to win this one.

Coach G will have this team ready to fire. Finch and Hall will be ready to go. Victor Anderson looks primed for a huge year.

Besides in BG, when and where can you get them?

I believe you can still buy tickets at St. X Monday and after that you need to get them at the game. Call St. X first to be sure.

Does anyone in Purple Nation have an update on your injury situation? If Steelman is out for the X game, who will they put at QB? Do you have someone able to step in and run the veer effectively? IS your center still going to be out for the game as well? I assume, otherwise, your offense is intact.

If you have seen any of your scrimmages, how does the defense look. I know they were exceptionally strong last year. How would you rate the D for the upcoming season?

Should be a great test for both teams. Looking forward to tailgating without the storms this year! See you Saturday.:ylsuper:

Your detailed scotting report is in the mail.

Looking forward to this one. Should be a real test for both teams to measure where they are at and how far they need to come to be ready to make a long haul.... The BG schedule looks as rough as the St. X schedule. I anticipate some fireworks in this game.... mostly on the ground.... from BOTH TEAMS...... Should be a great one. The grill will be loaded for the pregame... Safe travels to and from for all.... Go Tigers...!!
