What you're doing is exactly why I'm glad the season is over. Maximum effort, really? Did they go out there and just stand around and do nothing? No, they played hard and lost. Look at the Louisville Cardinals, what do they have to play for? Nothing, but they're still going out there and getting up and down the court.

IMO officials see the actual leg it goes off of and not the color of the shorts.

 

No different than determining whose hand it went off of.

 

OK, they know whose leg, or hand, the ball went off of. How do they determine which team they play for?

 

Yes, this is rhetorical, at some point you must look at their jersey to determine who it is off of. I just don't understand why teams would be allowed to wear the same color of shorts.
