February 22, 201610 yr Author Cruz may stay in this to tank Rubio. He don't care. If he can smear the party and cause an outsider to win he is down. Also Rubio is just recently a semi-establishment guy. He emerged from the ooze of the Tea Party, and only approaches more moderate with immigration, which he is now running away from. The only real Republican left is Kasich. Trump is some democrat/republican/facist hybrid created in a lab somewhere .
February 22, 201610 yr Lets not pretend that Hillary or Bernie are any better that Trump or any other Republican running. This whole race is a sad, pathetic joke. Can't argue with you. The days of true statesmen have long passed us by. We have about three options. A. Sit this one out (not for me). 2. Vote third-party. D. Hold nose and vote for the candidate whose platform most closely mirrors our own.
February 22, 201610 yr So far this thread is rather amusing . Bush dropping out now means Rubio as the nominee is inevitable. The last key is negotiating the Kasich VP . Rubio is the nominee the Democrat leaders have feared and after all this mess he is in a seat ready to win. No one supporting Bush is going Cruz or Trump.

I've obviously been a Rand guy from the start but have been predicting a Rubio win for months once people start dropping out and I feel more comfortable today than I've ever been. With that said I feel Rubio fits the definition of a true statesman.

February 22, 201610 yr Until something malfunctions with the micro-chip in his head. It is cute how you repeat talking points I read online everyday.
February 22, 201610 yr Until something malfunctions with the micro-chip in his head. You did vote for Gore right? Fairly certain they came from similar factories.
February 22, 201610 yr It is cute how you repeat talking points I read online everyday. Just my observation from watching him speak. The Marco-Christie debacle sums up Marco. If the words aren't pre-recorded he's lost. Poor little boy. Trump will make mince meat of him!!!

What state does Rubio win to draw the line and turn the tide? Sincere question. I have looked at few sites, and it would take a miracle.

I'm not worried about polls prior to Bush dropping. Rubio support will increase with Bush supporters and those looking for the candidate to beat Trump will flock when they see his support increase. 65-70% of GOP doesn't want Trump and they are looking for an alternative. There is an outside shot Kasich could be that guy and shock me. But I think a ticket of Rubio/Kasich with one being VP and other being prez is looking more like a inevitable result.
February 22, 201610 yr The G-1000 vs. The R-2000 The R-2000 sweats so damn much. I can only imagine how much he sweats in those bathhouses in Miami.
