He has no proof of what went wrong with those boats and why they ended up the way they did. He makes an assumption that all of the equipment was working properly and that Obama didn't handle the situation properly. In doing so he reminds our enemies that it isn't a united country over here in the good old USA and that our POTUS doesn't have support on anything he does. That's what our enemies really want. If our enemies truly didn't respect Obama I'd imagine they would do more to us than detaining some Navy soldiers in their waters when they shouldn't have been.

 

I don't understand how any of us not in the daily briefings or the situation room can claim we know more about foreign policy than the guys actually having to wade through those waters on a daily basis.

 

 

To go back to that situation people wanted us to bomb Iran over those soldiers but Obama was able to get the soldiers released without harm and people still have a problem with that. I don't get it.

I think they see us still as strong but they also see we are not what we once was. I agree 100% we are not what we once was. I dont think anyone is bullying us either, but like this deal with Iran and the soldiers, I would bet Reagan( one of my favs) would never allowed his secretary of state to apologize. Those little barbs after the fact got under my skin, but I cant nuke them cause they wont give me the launch codes yet. :lol2:

But that's the thing. I guarantee there is some product we buy that has someone who offends us making or endorsing that product. It's something we can't get away from these days. If OBJ and all other Giants or the Giants front office openly supported the BLM movement would you quit rooting for the Giants? Surely you know there are guys that you root for that support BLM.

 

Ralph Lauren could come out and say he hates all black people. I'll still be at the Polo store in a month getting my summer wardrobe together.

 

I don't have any of Beyonce's music on my phone other than some duets with Jay-Z. I love watching her videos though. She is beautiful.

My point was kinda the same. I don't care for Beyonce so it's easy for me to boycott her. I never listened to her music before she did whatever, and I don't listen to it now.

 

And re: the Giants, no I don't really care too much what their position is on social issues. Although I was proud of them when several players and coaches wore NYPD gear when the two officers were murdered in their patrol car.

I agree with your comments. I also agree with a lot of what he says, and defend his right to say it.

 

Redneck or not, Country singers (minus the Dixie Chicks vs Bush), tend to be very strong pro-America people who support their military.
