And he would still be ineligible unless he's going public to public. This comes from someone as connected to the transfer rules as it gets.

 

You need to find more connected folks, or listen more closely if they are that "connected" on rules.

 

If the kid moves, he's going to be eligible wherever he may land. That's transfer rules 101.

 

Public to public means zero. Pendleton admins may well be in the KHSAA's ear all day, but if the kid actually moves, he's off to a new school.
