This Lynn Swann catch happened on this date in 1976.

Most iconic? Is it generational? I know many younger folks will say David Tyree.

What Super Bowl catch did Dwight Clark have in 1982?

I was expecting the Tyree catch before I opened the thread.

He actually had 4 receptions in the 1982 Super Bowl but I was talking about The Catch, which was the NFC Championship game vs. Dallas.

I bet man of the younger cats are saying "The Super Bowl was played in daylight?"

I've corrected it twice.

Most iconic is probably Swann but Tyree was a better catch, IMO.

I bet you're not alone especially since you weren't born yet when Swann made this one.
