January 19, 201610 yr If there was a scintilla of a chance that Hillary would be indicted, Biden would have run for president. There was a chance that he and his plastic smile could have lost to Hillary, by stepping aside and letting her either self destruct or get taken out by the President...Joe strolls in without chancing losing to her. If Joe runs then both Hillary and Bernie would have attacked him by attacking the Presidency and Administration of which he was a part of the last 7 years. Neither Biden or the President wanted that sort of Dem on Dem crime. Whether he gets in the race or not later, that's why he didn't run to begin with. The last 7 years of the Administration would have been attacked as along as he was a viable candidate...nobody wanted that.

However, if the FBI finds criminal wrongdoing and Lynch does not indict, all hell could break out with the FBI. If a bunch of FBI guys come out and resign over this, it will not be good for Hillary. It will be fun to watch one way or the other.
