Marvin Lewis to remain Bengals HC

Featured Replies

That is the thing the season wasn't over when Dalton got hurt and that was proven right until Hill fumbled.

It wasn't even over when Hill fumbled. It still took 2 selfish, idiotic meltdowns of Biblical proportions for the Steelers to win.

The 2 point conversion fiasco might've hurt just as bad as everything else looking back on it... That play never even had a chance.

If the Bengals were to fire him, it should have been after the Chargers loss or last year. This year they played so well the whole year, it's hard for me to want to get rid of him after that. I would understand still if they did, cause his past history is not so great.

If the Bengals were to make a move, it would have to be to hire Coughlin. You can't bring in a coordinator, even one from in house. The team could use a disciplinarian to a certain extent. Worked out in NY for a while but the sell by date on that type of leadership isn't long term.

And this is the point for several on here.

Can he take the Bengals to the next level (winning a single playoff game)?

History says no.

I certainly do!!!

I'll take the 7 playoff losses over the 1 Browns playoff win and virtually no winning seasons in the last decade and a half... That's for sure.

You got it.
