Good chance, although NCC/Covington Holy Cross could be a good matchup for the 9th Region crown. Holy Cross beat them the first time.

This should be a pretty solid field. No elite teams like there have been most years, but lots of strong teams.

 

I like a potential Owen Co/KCD first round game to go along with LCA/Holy Cross or NCC

Good question. They have enough money banked to continue as per usual for the next few years, but there will come a time when they will have to land a new title sponsor.

Even if no NewCath teams are in it, I'll be on Press Row providing updates of all the games.....except for the 1st Round of the girls games.

What about Newport? Aren't they considered a Class A school? If so wouldn't they have a shot at winning the 9th? I like NCC or HC as well but Newport has been playing really good ball lately. The 9th Region should be a very competitive All A tourney this year. Should be lots of fun. Good luck to all the schools.
