By all the people in charge of course you mean no one in NKY right?

I used to agree with you, but then I studied the plight of the very small schools and I couldn't ignore it. You can go up from the bottom yourself. Tell me how far you have to go untill you can find a school that resembles a 1A power house. How far till you get to a team that advanced to the regional final. How often? A semi final? How often. I count 20 odd schools. Some of which are NC because they don't feel they can in the present system.
