Bell Co. needs to get lucky on their coaching hire or I believe they will drop off a notch. They have to get someone who can overcome the current administration and also be able to hire quality asst. coaches without paying them much, or possibly not paying them at all. Teaching jobs for new asst. coaches will more than likely not be available either.

No I don't think they will because they won't hire anyone with any ties to the program. There were 5 Assistants and 4 of them teach in the system.
