Greenup is a sleeping giant.... If the new coach can get the kids out , Greenup will be back. They just need some consistency in the program and a physical scheme. If present staff stays and can get the kids out , I look for Greenup to compete with the Devils in a few years - but not this year , no way. Greenup JFL struggles so they have to be rock solid at the High school level to raise level of play ...

Thats going out on a limb there they lost alot to graduation and I'm not sure who Hesch's recievers will be. As Big Daddy said they lose basically everbody on O besides Wilfong and Hesch and the D was absolutely atrocious so I guess it can only get better.

Even though Russell is the defending champion, I will take Belfry as #1 this year. Those two imo are head and shoulders above everyone else in AA.

I'd say the 3 starter's out and the Russell Red Devils were the main reasons for the loss...

Russell has to be the favorites to repeat.

They may be a favorite to repeat but it is very hard to repeat. 2A is full of suprises. I saw them in the Championship game last year and yes they are a contender.

Grit of this years Seniors will determine how far the Devils go. Difficult to repeat ,but I look for K Clark , Sizemore ,Lewis , Wills ,Beekman ,Gullet and others to step up. If this years Devils prove physical and find a passing attack , start ordering the rings. Go Devils ....

I wouldn't order those rings too fast.. might have to return them come December! I agree they are a contender as a few teams are in 2A..
