Even the current private schools don't want charter schools! Many Representatives send their kids to and are graduates of private schools in KY...gonna be hard to convince them they are the way to go when many charter schools have failed in other states.

I think it will pass, but I agree with Dark Horse. Alot of private schools like a Trinity or St.X or Lex Cath do not want this.

Now, a DeSales, OWCath, or Newport Cath will want this.

I believe that the KY constitution prohibits any public money being used for non-public schools.
