November 27, 201510 yr Rocked my house... Preliminary report is that a meteor (or something) caused a sonic boom over Danville and the surrounding area. Pretty wild stuff. Mountain Ref...seek shelter!
November 27, 201510 yr Saw that the Danville paper tweeted out a message and posted something on Facebook asking what people heard. Lots of people around the area (Danville, Lancaster, Harrodsburg) saying they heard things. Interestingly enough, I have a good friend in Hustonville (15~ miles south of Danville) who heard nothing.
November 27, 201510 yr Author Daniel Bell saw two meteors leaving somerset going north on 27.... very bright and looked liked they crossed paths.. was very noticeable the traffic on 27 slowed down US National Weather Service Louisville Kentucky
