2. I just dont see the upside that you do. He can't go by anyone and doesn't create enough at this point. He has miles to go on the defensive end. With that said , developing a quality nba pg takes some time. The Lakers wanted to build around him, I just dont see him being that kind of talent. I hope im wrong an you are right, I like to see ky kids do well.

3. Agree, but in the west he just dont fit.

4. This is the truth. When they get some cap space im not sure I want these guys involved.

I really like the nba right now, its as close to the Magic,Bird era as I've seen. The star power is really solid and getting better every day.

2. D'angelo is getting better every game. He can create plenty. Guys are either missing his passes....Hibbert, Clarkson....or they are missing the shots....Kobe, Kobe, Hibbert.....his jumper is starting to fall with consistency and he is getting better at getting by people. He's also becoming more aggressive on offense. He looked to be on his way to a great game against the Warriors and then Byron happened. Sadly I've watched most of the Laker games save for 2-3. It is supremely easy to see the Lakers are a better team when Russell is on the floor.

About the only think I will agree with on your assessment of Russell is his defense. He's better defensively off the ball as his length disrupts passing lanes and he is an above average rebounder from the PG position. On the ball he is way too lax. Byron can make claims that Russell's defense is why he takes him out but the whole team is horrible on defense. Russell is learning from those around him. Kobe doesn't even get back on defense sometimes. But Kobe has earned the right to be the worst starter in the NBA because of his accomplishments. Whatever Byron.

I like when he dropped 81 on Jalen Rose and company.

That video PP posted is insane.

I have the DVD of that game. :lol2: Bought it off Ebay.

Not really sure why, but this is one of my favorite game winners.

Van Gundy says "You gotta get a shot here," as if Kobe wasn't going to get a shot up.

After spending some time on YouTube, there's nobody in the history of the game I'd rather have take a forced shot. Too many videos serve as evidence to pick just one.

This is so hard to believe that I am hesitant to type it.

Nick Young has played with Kobe for a few years (3?) and just YESTERDAY got his first assist on a Kobe basket.

I saw that a few days ago. Crazy.

It was the Yeezy's.

Averaging 18 PPG on 48% shooting last 5 games. Maybe getting back into the swing on things. Finally getting his minutes down to about 28 a game.
