Trinity has edge over Male per Litkenhous ratingsfor 11/16

All this South Warren chest thumping is gettin old. Who have the beat, in the 5 year history of their program, that you would consider an elite win? SW is a nice team, but wait until you actually win something before thumping your chest.

No thumping.... Just honesty!

Personally would take BG over SK and Bryan Station. Just a matter of opinion though. SW would be able to beat Station in my eyes as well. But probably not SK. Boy it's fun playing the what if game.

MCCracken and Central Hardin are both better than EVERY team in Scott County's Region! Same goes for Simon Kentons Region... It is safe to say the winner of 6A will come from the top half of the bracket...

By what metric are Central Hardin and McCracken better?

Calpreps has 6/7 of those regions' teams above them

3 SK

4 Scott County

6 Cooper

7 Lafayette

8 Bryan Station

9 Ryle

11 McCracken

12 Henry Clay

13 Central Hardin

Litkenhous ratings have 6/7 above them

3.Scott County

4.Simon Kenton

6.Bryan Station

7.Ryle

8.Lafayette

9.Cooper

10.McCracken County

12.Henry Clay

13.Central Hardin

BPG ratings have 5 of those regions' teams ahead of McCracken and with Central unlisted there are at least five possibly more.

3. Scott County

4. Simon Kenton

7. Cooper

8. Ryle

9. Lafayette

10. McCracken County

It always amuses me to see a team that's never had any success all of a sudden have a good year and their fans start up jawing that they can hang with the biggest of the big boys. If you recall this same poster jumped on here last year with the SW as a super team stuff. How'd that work out for him?

Mercer Cty comes to mind as another team who was going to rule the class after winning the 2A title with 5A numbers. What have they done since the title year? Nada

Only difference is South Warren couldn't even reach the Finals in 3A despite their numbers' edge. To Mercer's credit they at least cashed in their free pass in 2A that season (still one of the greatest injustices I have witnessed in this state... at least South Warren has a physical school to match their consolidation... Mercer was still working out of two buildings)

Worked out GREAT!!! They went from being a team no one knew or even ranked top ten to making it to the State Semi Final.... I'd say that was a pretty MAGNIFICENT season! Lol!

Yet I don't see you saying anything about the 4 teams in 4A that actually have more numbers than South Warren.... Why is that I wonder???

I guess I have higher standards as to what a magnificent season involves.

South Warren is so good that this is the first time I ever heard of them.

You're the one crowing about SW. Is there a team still playing in 4A that should be in 5A? If not then your comparison is off.

Like I tell my kid when he's having a good game of golf and might actually beat me...."Do it, THEN talk". Inevitably he runs his mouth on the 12th hole and then is sulking by the 18th hole.

Win something then talk. SW hasn't done anything yet. You know kind of like Simon Kenton, you can go 10-0 in the regular season, but if you don't win the big one was it really that great of a year?

South Warren is so good that this is the first time I ever heard of them.

I may give your boys guff, but SK is more deserving to be in this discussion than SW. SK has accomplished far more.

85% of posters believe that 90% of the others are wrong about the 20% who think that 4 out of every 5 coaches support PepRock for coach of the year.

It's so true, I just asked around.
