Exactly. That's a part of the reason for the hunger strike and football team boycott. Nobody cared to try and catch the perpetrators. Hell, the president didn't even care. He just resigned. Didn't even try to fight to save his job. Your whole post about double standard is just more crying wolf. There is proof out there that white people can get away with racist acts in Mizzou because they weren't caught. Nevermind that no one cared to look for them. When blacks act just as bad as the racist whites like these BLM people have then they should be expelled and punished. And I don't disagree that something should happen to them. Suspending, expelling them, I am all for it. Just don't give me the double standard stuff when there are white people who get away with racism as well.

I don't think most would equate "racist" with the "n-word" especially those of a certain age. Maybe the younger generation does.

The "white tears" doesn't do anything for me.

 

The "filthy whites" is certainly fair game for punishment.

As I stated when the Mizzou stuff went down, I am not comfortable with the forced resignation. If the president has failed to foster an atmosphere that is welcoming then it was fair. Not being there I can't say it was fair or not.

A student thinks that whites are "better" than blacks i.e. racist. No chance in hell you can expel him for that. It's never happened.

Wouldn't bother me any. I'd love to see white students protesting about racism and a leader's failure to act. As long as those protestors can withstand the background checks that will take place and when we all find out they come from wealth and have never truly encountered racism make sure their cause is laughed at like it was in Mizzou.

I think that is correct. Seemed like he was expelled and the fraternity got in a lot of trouble as well.

Fair question. As I always school each school gets to do their own thing and I'd never say one school should so something b/c another school did. Silly.
