Notre Dame 28 Wake Forest 7

Featured Replies

ND starter a Freshman Adams at RB he had 141 yards 1 td and Kizer had 2 tds rushing.

Pretty sure they just sat CJ Prossie to make sure he is 100% going down this stretch.

Wasn't the prettiest win but they dominated from the outset.

Another win against another unranked team, should be enough to move them up to #3.:ohbrother:

There's already a team in front of the who hasn't played a ranked team yet .

:taz:True, but that team will play 3 ranked teams in a row, to see of they belong. The other team spoke of has been given a #4 slot.As the season continues,it shows how not so strong their schedule really is.

I got to take my two boys to the game yesterday. It was our 5th year in a row to make the trip. The 98 yard TD run was awesome.

We really enjoy Notre Dame and their great football tradition. Very special place.

So, going by your logic to this point in the season, why should OSU be ranked anywhere in the top 5?

They started there in the preseason and have done nothing to drop out of it.

Undefeated, so far.

Where they began should have zero impact at this point. They haven't beat anyone yet, going by your logic, that is. Why are they worthy if ND isn't?

Notre Dame has done nothing to move up as much as they have.

Time will work it all out.

At this point I do not think either will be top 4, when it does.

Their schedule has been tougher than OSU. I agree time will work it out. Let's be honest with one another. In both cases it comes down to what it always does, money. That's why both are currently where they are.

OSU will lose.

Why should starting their in the preseason entitle you to stay at the top, since apparently who you play matters as your point out with Notre Dame. All pre season rankings is based on how you think teams will be, not how they actually are. If you want to use the argument against one team that they haven't beaten anyone then you can't not use it agaisnt the other. Based off your comments OSU should be outside of the top 5 like Iowa.

They had wins agaisnt teams at the time that were ranked and that is what moved them up after those games. So your saying since those teams are no longer ranked they should move down? I guess OSU should be out of top 10 based off that since they played no ranked teams so far and none of the teams they have played have eventually ended up being ranked. They played bad teams who stayed bad teams.
