Noticed that Hendrix went 4 catches for 44 yards in the first meeting. Did SK put Kincaid on him? Both are flat out talents, no question. But I give the edge to Kincaid. That kid rarely makes mistakes. He knows when to make a play on the ball, when to defend the pass or just simply make a tackle. I'll bet he is hard to beat deep too. If anyone can do it, we'll see if Hendrix can.

2 way players can't beat SK. It may be close before the half but SK will physically wear them down.

 

I feel like I have seen that said a few times in Cooper threads. Against highlands people said the two way players can't beat them and they would get worn down. Then the same against Ryle. In fact even the first game against Simon Kenton in the second half it was pretty much even and there was no signs of Cooper being worn down or else Simon would have blown the game open. It wasn't because a team was worn down. All it comes down to is making the plays when you have a chance to make a play. I don't think who platoons and who doesn't will make to much of an impact on this regional championship game.

 

I think this will be a great game and come down to the very end and who makes the last play to win it.

I believe SK will win this one although I have tons of respect for the program being built at Cooper. Weather could be an issue. I believe that SK has the better running game and that a muddy field won't help Hendrix, who may be the best athlete on the field.

I like what SK brings to the table, Cooper is a formidable foe and this will be a great game IMO. That being said, SK 35 Cooper 24

Very impressive.

Last time they played SK controled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. Racke was sacked once and SK had 3 rushing tds. Cooper scored one time and their qb was sacked 5 times.

The weather may play a big part in all the Friday night grass games.

Ok, well the comments coming out of Cooper are that the SK quarterback has a broken foot and one of the running backs has possible broken ribs (less specific on this one). This came from coaching staff, not kids on social media.
