Ashland 6-0 early in the first. Kurtlen Brown with the early score, missed pat. You'll be hearing Browns name early and often tonight I suspect. He has been overshadowed by Baker, but he is a d1 player.

Special teams for Ashland gives up a bug return, along with a facemask. Scott starts their first drive in great field position.

Scott picks up 9 on their first offensive play, picks up the first down on second down. Scott fumbles, Blevins for Ashland runs it back to Scott's 14.

Ashland picks up a couple on first down. Dowdy is sacked in second down. Third and long for Ashland, Roberts for Ashland has a nice run, but its still 4th and 5. Dowdy pass is incomplete in the red zone. Ashland turns it over in downs.

Is O'Bryan playing?

3rd and 9 for Scott, they throw the ball, big hit after the catch. Ashland recovers the fumble after the catch. First and goal Ashland.

When did Scott score? Didn't see you mention that?

Scott with the ball around the 45, 2nd and 5. Short pass, gain of a yard, 3rd and 4 on their own 44. Ashland defense forces a loss, Scott to punt.

2nd and 5 for Ashland after the Scott punt. Brown bust loose from his own 40 and picks up 12 for the first down.
