Most coaches does not resign two weeks before the season starts. I think people are just interested in the reason for the resignation.

As far as I know the residents of Gallatin County do know the reason.

and that would be?

Everything that I have heard suggests that there is not big drama behind this resignation. MY information is 2nd hand but usually true. No secret or entertaining story behind it. But it is still not my place to publicize it.

Thats what I'm saying...only in Gallatin county does this info stay under wraps...as far as the residents knowing...that means nothing. If what I am hearing is true, the whole administration should be talked to.

Then enlightened us on the reason.

The real story here is not why the other coach left but that GC has been lucky enough to gain Coach Mefford.

Just because it is not on BGP doesn't mean it is a big secret.

Any other school, the reason for the resignation is talked about and investigated, at Gallatin the administration sweeps it under the carpet and hopes nobody talks about it.

What did they tell you when you called the Gallatin Co Board of Education office to ask about the resignation?
