Frankfort posted an impressive round one win shutting out Bellevue. That win gets them another playoff game versus their nemesis, the Beechwood Tigers. Frankfort is the only 1A team besides Mayfield with a win over Beechwood in the 6 class era. Have the Panthers improved enough during the season to threaten Beechwood? Is Beechwood just too strong for the Panthers this year? What can Frankfort do to get the upset win?

Only speaking the truth. Really thought this team had a bunch of potential and by the end of the year they would be ready. Didn't work that way - I don't know why- I am not close to the situation anymore. But this team didn't live up to their ability. Those are the facts no way to spin it.

 

 

I have seen BW on film several times this year and this team is better than any class A team I have seen this year.

I really wished it was, Frankfort is rebuilding and this senior class just did lead and have under achieved.

 

Good news Frankfort has some talent in the freshman and sophomore classes.

As long as Slusher is healthy, there is no one that can or will beat them.

I'd love to see Frankfort pull off the upset- but I don't think this Frankfort team has what it takes to even make this game close for the first half as they usually have been able to do.

Frankfort did not win their district this year for the first time in about 10 years. They are a 2 seed instead of a 1 seed. That is why they are facing Beechwood in round two instead of round 3.

Foley will get the thing turned around. Like I said this senior class lacked leadership!

I have watched one Frankfort game this year and they do not tackle very well. We all know the players for Beechwood that are breaking records but Aiden Justice, Trevor Seward and Logan Castelman ( a freshman) are artists at breaking tackles and hardly ever drop passes. Beechwood should surpass last years 25 point margin in this game.
