I'm not sure. combination of just the students' attitudes about the program, lack of participation, and maybe some bad coaching. Its a pretty rough school. they had probably 35 kids for the varsity game. It hard to see that when football can be a great way for kids to have fun and be a part of something bigger than themselves in high school. I hope it can get turned around soon. I've actually heard rumors of termination of the football program.

They have had 25 players quit, transfer, or injuried during the year. Not that rough of a school. They brought in a new old school coach to turn the program around. Only have 4 seniors playing and 6 juniors. They have played freshman and sophomores all year long. Will not terminate football. Even though JCPS cut all the athletic budget this year, football will not be cut.

I hope not. I also hope that the new coach can instill a new attitude in the young guys and the program can grow. It hasn't been that long ago that Seneca was a competitive, successful program.
