DeSales remains at number one with Mayfield very close behind. Who should be at that number one position? Big game this week with #1 DeSales taking on #3 CAL. What will be learn from that game? Will the Mayfield fans be making a trip to see what those teams bring to the table? Who should be in the discussion to be in the Top 10? Who has a chance to under impress and move out of the Top 10?

Is Monroe in the 11 to 15 area? Sorry to shoot the gap on that one, but I am curious.

Sitting at number 11. Can they move into the Top 10? How will they finish the season?

I like Monroe to sweep their district games. They play at 4A Wayne County the last game of the year and I'd likely lean to Wayne County at the moment until I feel better about some OLine issues the Falcons seem to be having. As far as moving into the Top 10, I really don't know anything about Shelby Valley or Leslie County, so it's hard for me to compare those teams, so I'd say right now that 9 to 12 range seems pretty far to me.

DeSales' schedule was front-end loaded. The first five games have been against three 6-A schools and two 5-A schools. This week is CAL. The final four games should be easy victories, so this is the last time the Colts have a chance to make a statement during the regular season. In the past two and a half seasons, DeSales is 2-2 against CAL and 30-1 against the rest of the state. This should be another fantastic matchup.

CAL has Desales number in the regular season. CAL chokes in the playoffs.

Not sure about NCC and Lloyd in this one.

Do you mean Lloyd should be ahead of NCC or that there are teams below both that should be ahead?

Looks good to me. After seeing Murray play, I think if they can get their fumblerooski issues under control they will be a tough out in the playoffs.

Will the Mayfield fans be making a trip to see what those teams bring to the table?

Sure if it were a reasonable distance, Louisville is hours from the center of the world in Mayfield

Not knowing 11-15, they should be no higher than 9 and 10 (in this group of teams.)

You think Leslie and SV ahead I take it?

With all due respect from seeing SV play and seeing NewCath play I really have a hard time buying that right now

I've seen Lloyd and I've seen Leslie and I'd pick Lloyd to win every day of the week.

Monroe has to beat the teams they should to be considered a threat. District SHOULD be hands down for the Falcons but I honestly believed they should have been 5-1 at this point. If they don't figure out the small kinks in the offense, they will not make it to Mayfield! If they do....watch out!!!!!!
