Boone's RHP Jeffrey Purnell has committed to Morehead State University. Congrats to one of the hardest working and determined kids I have seen. Expect to see big things from him in his senior year!

Very cool

Congrats!

Congrats Jeffrey! Purnell and Zig , Nice job Morehead !!!!!

Didn't Raisor get an offer as well? That's a loaded freshman staff....

Congrats Jeffrey!!!!

9th is loaded with #1 starters.

Raisor will pitch D1, IMO the cream of the crop

Ziggy MSU

JP. MSU

Combs UK-as a hitter, but good on hill too

Friend is a really nice pitcher, not sure of his status?

Memorial Day will be really fun!!

Congrats to Zig and Purnell! Both really good pitchers and really good kids!

What about Stringer? Is he still headed to Louisville?

Per his Twitter--that's kinda creepy-- he's still a Louisville commit and I've heard nothing different. I was only listing #1 starters. He's not that @ BW

Anyone know if Ziggy and Purnell were recruited as two-way players or pitcher only?

I'm pretty sure both were recruited by Morehead as PO's . I have heard that Purnell had several offers at lower division schools for a 2 way player. I would say Zig had offers at lower division schools as well for 2 way.

They wanted him to commit by a certain date and he didn't want to.

Tough decision for a kid to make quickly i guess unless it's his number one choice going in. There will be more offers for Raisor the way he's been throwing the ball.

Congrats!
