Anyone else loving the push Braun Strowman has been getting?

 

No spoilers please, but Braun has been VERY entertaining. And letting him work with guys like Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens to name a couple elevates Strowman's game because those guys make everyone around them look good.

 

I love the push, but I would hesitate to throw him in the Main Event at Wrestlemania. I think they can continue to push him by having him eliminate a bunch of people at the Rumble, but I wouldn't have him win just yet.

 

The staredown he had with Lesnar last night was really good.

I agree he is nowhere near ready for Main Event Status but so far so great!

He could be close to ready if they'd pair him with a charismatic manager, ala Brock with Heyman. I think it would be a perfect way to introduce Sister Abigail.

I have been very pleased. I feel like it has turned around from using every episode to push tired, old storylines for the upcoming pay per view, to two competing brands fighting each other, fighting within, and working together to make the combined pay per views a big deal.

Agree.

 

Strowman is a novelty of sorts that has to be surrounded by great talent. He is just too big and doesn't have the proper type of athleticism to do much wrestling.

Where DID ole "Zeb" go? I always thought Dutch was right there with George Steele as the " hairiest " wrestlers. He was great during the Smokey Mountain Wrestling days.

 

I am loving the strong push Braun has been getting. Going through the roster, his recent attack on Goldie and Truth, the showdown between him and Big Show was awesome, and of course taking Roman out several times is quickly making Braun a crowd favorite.
