August 31, 201511 yr In fairness to Gruden, there hasn't been a single coach who has been able to make it work with Snyder. It has seemed like from the beginning that Gruden has wanted to replace RG3, but management has stopped him from playing the players who think are best for them to have a chance. Right, and Gruden took this gig being a QB guy that could work with RGIII. He knew what he was getting into. That is not his call to get the job and decide he doesn't want him. And being the spokesperson he has orchestrated this as badly as a head coach should. He doesn't exactly have a lot of cache for me to be giving him (or any of them for that fact) the benefit of the doubt. Gruden has flat out thrown RGIII under the bus on a few occasions. And I can't stand RGIII.

August 31, 201511 yr Can't trade him due to contract because no one will take it. I look for him to get possibly released out right and for Philly to snatch him up. That would put three Heisman winners on Philly, well until they released Tebow:lol2:

I am NOT a Gruden fan at all. However, I think when he got to see RGIII up close, he was shocked at how bad his fundamentals and reading of defenses were. I honestly think he thought the guy was never going to get it and was beyond help. I am just glad Gruden is not with the Bengals any longer.

September 1, 201511 yr I am NOT a Gruden fan at all. However, I think when he got to see RGIII up close, he was shocked at how bad his fundamentals and reading of defenses were. I honestly think he thought the guy was never going to get it and was beyond help. I am just glad Gruden is not with the Bengals any longer. Like Gruden or not the Bengals offense got better every single year he was here. His last year here they finished the year as a top 10 offense.
