Anybody that mentioned Boone got a "like" from me.

 

Please turn this program around.

 

Ever since my kids were in grade school people would ask us where we were going to send our kids for High School. "Well, we live in Boone school district, so they'll go to Boone County High School," I'd say. The person asking the question would look at me incredulously. My kids were high academics and good athletes. The assumption was that Boone wouldn't be a good place for them. Well, I refuse to play that game. Boone has helped my kids achieve high academics, the athletic teams my kids have played on have had pretty high achievement in their sports. The only one that is lacking right now is football. So I'd like to see Boone have a winning season in football and keep improving.
