The 2015 roster is the most talented and complete he has ever assembled in Cincy. If you need proof, look at the success of Bengals draft picks from the last 4-5 years. Not only have they hit on their early round picks, they have also gotten great value and returns from players drafted in later rounds.

 

While your sentiments may have held true 10 years ago, they are far from reality now. Mike Brown does care about winning and truly wants to bring a Lombardi Trophy to Cincinnati.

Most of the backups on the O-line came off somebody's scrap heap. Take a look at the salaries across the O-line and see if what I say isn't true. It is the same thing they been saying for the last three years regarding this team. Shoot I think the depth actually showed last year considering they had more key injuries than most teams last year and still made the playoffs. So you do kind of look out of place with your depth comments, considering they showed they had good enough depth to still make the playoffs even with all the injuries. Then even with that they added even more depth for this year at linebacker, O line and D line.

You do realize the majority of the years of being bad can give you a very bias negative opinion of a team and stop you from seeing the team from a realistic view point. Here is a very realistic look at this team and many experts have said this. The Bengals do have the talent, and are one of the deepest rosters in the NFL. So when looking at that, there is no reason not to get it done. However in the NFL you have to have a QB who can make plays in the playoffs when it matters and a coach who can make good adjustments. Those are the two spots that hurt this team. This is a good team, but may not be good enough to get over the hump for the two reasons I said. However to say that this is not a good team, is not looking at it with a realistic view point.

Didn't realize this was the same team and players over the last 20 years. I felt like most of the current players who make up the team have been apart of 4 straight playoff teams. Which would show that they are not a bad team. A bad franchise yes, because as a franchise you can take all the years into account and as a franchise they have overall sucked. However as a current team of players that make it up they do not and facts do back that up. Bad teams don't make playoffs 4 straight years. But hey continue with with the bias negative opinion that is effected by the overall franchise sucking, and thinking that makes your opinion realistic.
